Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are prepared and shipped by our U.S.-based fulfillment partner under the Urban Flava Coffee Co. brand. Coffee is roasted after an order is placed before it is packaged for shipment.

Processing time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after they are placed.

Delivery time: Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier. Transit time begins after the order has shipped.

Shipping cost: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address.
