Keep Your Flava Coming — Subscription Policy

Recurring charges When you subscribe to a product through the Keep Your Flava Coming program, you authorize Urban Flava Coffee Co. to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency you select. Each delivery is billed separately at the time of fulfillment.

Subscription discount Subscribers receive 10% off the listed product price on every delivery. The discount is applied to the product subtotal before shipping charges are calculated.

Delivery frequency Choose how often you receive your coffee or tea: every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or every 6 weeks. You can change your delivery frequency at any time from your account.

Shipping Free standard shipping is available on subscription orders shipped within the United States. International shipping charges, where available, are calculated separately and may vary by destination. Any expedited shipping options displayed at checkout are subject to availability.

Automatic renewals Your subscription renews automatically at your selected frequency until you pause or cancel. You will receive an email notification before each upcoming renewal.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account before the next renewal date. Cancellations take effect immediately and prevent future charges. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled or refunded under the subscription cancellation policy.

Payment failures If a payment fails, Shopify will notify you by email with instructions to update your payment method. Unresolved payment failures may result in your subscription being paused.

Product availability All subscription products are fulfilled by our roasting partner. In the rare event that a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email and pause your subscription until the product is restored. If a product is permanently discontinued, we will notify you and cancel the affected subscription. You may then place a new subscription order for a different product of your choice.

Price changes If the price of a subscribed product changes, we will notify you at least 14 days before the change takes effect on your subscription. You may cancel at any time before the new price applies.
